Our translation rates and price
depend on the complexity of the text, but are same
for each language. For example, if
you need a translation of a user manual, the price will be
the same for English, German, Czech or any other language we
translate into. Our price is a "per word"
and is based on a source word, i.e. the length of your text
determines the price. Our translation rates vary:
from 0.05 to 0.2 €
per word
and you can always request a
free quote to check the cost.
If your translation project needs to be delivered urgently
the price may raise up to 50% above the regular rate. We
adjust everything to maximize quality despite of burning
deadline.
DISCOUNT: We normally approve
a 5% discount (if requested) for volumes greater than
30 000 words.
Our editing and proofreading prices
are always 50% lower than translation prices. Minimum fee is 20€.
Our subtitle translation
prices vary
from 1€
to 6€
per minute,
depending on type (movie, documentary, talk-show...),
dialogue script, spotting (timing) etc.
If you want us to translate using CAT tools (SDL
Trados or
Wordfast) and you want to send us your own translation memory (TM), we will have
to check the quality in order to determine the exact price
and discounts for partial matches, whole matches and repetitions because a low quality TM may
actually result in more work than working without it.
Payment terms
For clients with good payment
history we can bill on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice for every purchase order.
